Before anything else - before programmes, before sessions, before any conversation about working together - the most important question is the simplest one: what actually changes? Or alternately put, what do I get out of this?


It's the question most people don't get a straight answer to. Mindset transformation can sound abstract, intangible, hard to pin down. So this page exists to change that. 


What you'll find here is a clear, honest picture of the outcomes that become possible when you address the root of what's holding you back - not the symptoms, not the surface frustrations, but the thing underneath all of them.


The outcomes on this page span every area of life that matters from relationships, career, finances, anxiety, purpose to how you feel in your own body, how you talk to yourself and how you make decisions. 


They're not promises or guarantees. They're what becomes possible when the work is done seriously and honestly, as evidenced by the people who've already done it.


The page is structured deliberately. It starts with what most people first come looking for - the specific, surface-level results they have in mind when they first arrive. It then goes deeper, into the real-life shifts that follow, who you become as a result, and the specific areas of life where the change lands most visibly.

The outcomes and how they connect

The outcomes are at different levels as depicted below. The rest of the page goes into detail for each level:

Surface outcomes

AKA What you first came looking for

Most people arrive at this work through a specific frustration. Something in their life isn't working and they want it fixed. These are the things people most commonly come in searching for: 


  • Less anxiety -  in the workplace, in relationships, in the quiet moments alone 
  • More confidence around money - breaking the feeling that you need it before anything can begin 
  • Better connections - whether that's attracting a partner, deepening existing relationships, or simply feeling less alone
  • A sense of direction in your career - knowing what you actually want from your work and feeling able to move toward it
  • Breaking patterns that are holding you back - whether that's procrastination, addiction, people-pleasing, or self-sabotage (which incidentally doesn't exist)


These are real and valid starting points. 


But here's what this work reveals: they all have the same root. Which is why addressing that root rather than chasing each symptom is what creates lasting change.    

The core outcome

AKA The nucleus of the work

From the surface level outcomes that you think you want, we come to the core outcome that embodies the root cause beyond the surface level: 

I help you reconcile and overcome low self worth and develop the confidence, clarity, and inner peace to live a life that feels fully, finally yours

The root cause is low self worth.


Beneath every surface frustration and symptom is the same thing: a fractured relationship with yourself. Self-worth isn't self-esteem in a motivational poster sense. It's the quiet, lived sense of whether you trust yourself. Whether you feel deserving of what you want. Whether your decisions come from within or from fear, from what others expect, from a story you've been carrying about who you are. 


When self-worth is repaired (not performed, not faked, but genuinely rebuilt from within), everything else begins to shift. 

The anxiety quietens. 

The decisions become clearer. 

The relationships deepen. 

The career starts to mean something. 


Not because your circumstances changed overnight, but because you did.

Some of you may have read the core outcome and gone 'yeah, that's all well and good, but I need some more detail?'


That's ok, people arrive at this work from different places. Here's the core outcome expanded in 3 examples - you may recognise yourself in one, or in all three.

Now we move on beyond the principles and framework - namely, what does all look like in real life?

This is where the shift becomes visible - not in theory, but in the texture of ordinary days.

Beyond the daily shifts, something deeper happens. Like all superhero origin stories, you not only change what you do, but who you are fundamentally too. This is the level that no external circumstance can take away - because it lives in you, not around you.

Area specific and MVP outcomes

AKA Where the change shows up in your life

We finish with the last level - where we look at outcomes across all areas of our life specifically. These kind of outcomes also form the basis of my minimum viable programs (MVPs). These will be courses, workshops and content that will personally tailored to a specific outcome addressing a pattern, behaviour or situation.


For example:


 "What if instead of people pleasing, I could turn you into the person who speaks up in that meeting, tells their partner what they actually need, and says no to the favour they've been asked for the third time this month - without a shred of guilt?"


This is an outcome from an MVP - a single, specific example of what repaired self-worth makes possible in a real, everyday situation.
