Alright? My name is Vishad, welcome to Inner Peace Walker.
Firstly, if you think this place is all about life coaching, then in the immortal words of Roy Walker from the TV show Catchphrase: "It's a good guess, but it's not quite right"...I invite you to watch this video below:
Is it full of thoughts, topics, exclamations, statements and questions across the emotional spectrum? If you look at any part of the picture and found yourself saying or thinking ‘yeah, that’s me’, then the first thing to be said to you is that it’s ok. Everything depicted in it is based on a real human feeling and emotion. The ones in white are all triggers in our lives that spark a smile, happy recollections and memories, and are a testament to your own qualities. Simply put, we all have good in us, and we shouldn’t forget this.
And if you resonate with the ones in black which denote the questioning and statements we often pose ourselves, or indeed the ones in blue which are our expressions (either internal or out loud), it doesn’t mean you’re not good enough in any shape or form. At the same time, you’re probably in the position right now where you want to change your situation for the better. This is where I can help you.
If you’re ready to take a new deep look at addressing these feelings and instead use them to ignite higher self-worth, confidence and accountability in you, then together:
Throughout your time with me, you’ll find yourself progressively breaking down your pathblockers, all to give you the courage, motivation and inspiration to walk to your own inner peace, whatever you deem it to be at any given time and no matter where you're starting from. It could be:
The list is endless. It is up to you.
It doesn't matter what your affliction may be, it all roots back to the same thing. Click here to see what I mean.
For those of you that want a neat, all-encompassing sentence to sum this up in (complete with a nice visual representation of the journey), then here you go:
Notice the words 'low self worth' in blue. To make this statement resonate with you even more, change the words in blue to whatever you're feeling at the moment. Replace them for example with the word anxiety or stress or procrastination or struggle - whatever you like. The sentence will still work. This is because (as you will see when you do the work with me) pretty much everything you find a challenge will come back to your self worth, which is why I've put them there.
A coach on a training program I was on recently summed it up in a funny way. She was talking to a friend who she was trying to explain what she does for a living to. Her friend listened, trying to understand and then, with a quizzical look on her face:
"So basically...are you a reverse prostitute? In that, you unfuck people?"
That sums it up pretty well, actually. We all feel a bit fucked sometimes. That is because we're all just a bit fucked. Yes, all of us. And sometimes, we want to feel a little less fucked.
So if you want an even shorter statement/offer: I help you understand how to unfuck yourself.
If you feel I can help you, I invite you to explore more of this site and get to find out more about my background, coaching, the packages I offer and to ultimately book your free Soundboard Session and create your first step to your inner peace
